Lady Young
Aurelia Young grew up in the Oxford studio of her famous father, the sculptor Oscar Nemon, who sculpted HM Queen Elizabeth II, Winston Churchill and many leading opinion formers of the 20th Century. Aurelia has also had a varied career in the world of politics as a local councillor in London and Berkshire. The journalist Matthew Parris wrote in The Times
I attended a marvellous lecture by Aurelia Young on her late father, the sculptor Oscar Nemon, a genius who sculpted the crowned heads of Europe and Winston Churchill.
