Simon is also owner of Simply Whisky (
www.simplywhisky.com), a global whisky brand, a connoisseur, entertainer and judge for the World Whiskies Awards. He has performed at Ewan McGregor’s 'Not Another Burns Night' in London, explained the art of judging whisky to talk show legend Larry King in LA and hosted private events for H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. His clients, amongst others, include Cartier, the British Royal Air Force, Formula 1 drivers, Burberry and American Express Centurion. Beyond whisky Simon is an expert in drinks of the world and his first book comes out via Melville House Publishing, New York in late 2025.
In addition to lecturing on the Pacific route he has further experience including Far East / Arctic and round Britain. Additionally, Simon has lived and worked overseas including Qatar, Jordan, Australia and the US. He currently sells his products and services in the UK, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.
