BIOGRAPHY
Michael Hindley is an Honours graduate from London and West Berlin University with a Masters Degree from Lancaster and a post graduate diploma in International Law from the University of South Wales.

Michael was a Member of the European Parliament from 1984 to 1999 and was Vice-President of the International Trade Committee. Since then he has acted as a freelance consultant and adviser on International Relations for the UN International Trade Centre, Geneva; the Council of Europe and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation (OSCE). Since 2008 he has been a trade policy adviser for the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).

He is a popular and frequent guest lecturer including at Georgetown University, Washington DV; Keio University, Tokyo; Higher School for Economics, Moscow. Most recently he has been guest lecturer at Gottingen University, Germany; Mangalore University, India and Poznan University, Poland.

Michael has been a guest speaker for on current affairs Cunard, Princess and Celebrity cruises from Japan, China, Singapore and the Gulf. He has lectured for Fred Olsen, Saga and Cunard throughout the Mediterranean and for Olsen, Saga and Princess in the Baltic.
