BIOGRAPHY
Helen has been a cruise ship speaker long enough now to include her experiences in her talks.

'Drawing Out the Best in You' - An interactive, absorbing and spontaneous style of presentation, using her art to exemplify her topics including art and art history, travel, famous clients and her fascination with the human face.

As an artist, Helen is quick to set her audience at ease whilst cleverly capturing the likeness of willing members of the assembled group drawing straight onto a large canvas, explaining and demonstrating her skills as a portrait artist. Taking only minutes to draw someone's face Helen likes to exaggerate expressions not features. 'I have to draw what I see' she says 'and I want everyone to go away with a picture they're happy to frame and hang on the wall'.

If you want to know more about your fellow traveller's then attend Helen's talks as she turns each one into an on-board celebrity.

Helen also works as a freelance trainer talking about presentation skills and the power of the first impression at seminars with a broad range of disciplines. 'I'm invited to open conferences and return a few days later to close them. I simply encourage dialogue and facilitate discussion among the delegates'.

Similarly on Cruise ships, which are such intimate platforms, Helen aims to accelerate your knowledge of your travelling companions. Acting as a catalyst to friendships with her pen as it 'draws out the best in you'.
