Clive Steeper is a motor racing specialist who understands what it takes to achieve world-class performance in both business and motor racing. He has worked with many of motor racing’s legends including Alain Prost, Mario Andretti, and Jan Lammers in his role as a Tyre Engineer in many major racing categories, including Formula 1. He was Team Manager at the Le Mans 24- hour endurance race working with the TWR Silk Cut Jaguar racing team. Clive is also a certified race car instructor at Silverstone and keen amateur competitor, winning the Sports2000 British Pinto Historic Championship in 2015, 2018 and 2020.

In business, Clive has led several international fast- growth companies, developing and implementing new technologies in UK, USA and Asia. He is a Chartered Engineer, has a Fellowship from Cranfield University and is a Professional Executive Coach working with CEO’s and senior executives in some of the world’s top companies, helping them to improve their leadership. An authority on risk and leadership, Clive is co-author of a number of business books, and is a regular speaker at international conferences and on luxury cruise lines.
