The History of the British East India Company - From Spice to India
Join Keith as he discusses the rise of The East India Company, exploring how a small start up, a corporation founded in Tudor England, with only a handful of employees, came to rule India.

The British East India Company - from India to China
In the late seventeenth century the notorious British East India Company shifted its focus from India to China. Tea, silk, and porcelain were the main exports from China, but their main import into China was Opium, and they were ruthless in their quest to become the drug kings of the east.

The Japanese Invasion of Malaya - Including The Emergency and Konfrontasi
The Japanese attacked Malaya some 70 minutes before they attacked Peal Harbor. Quickly overrunning Malaya, Singapore fell some two months later. However, when the war ended for the rest of the world in 1945, Malaya didn't see peace until 1966. Join Keith on this extraordinary talk that covers WWII, The Emergency and Konfrontasi

The Magic Of Trees
Inspired by a book that he read in 2018, Keith wrote a Children's best selling book in 2020 about trees, titled "Alana and the Secret Life of Trees at Night" that surprisingly was bought by an overwhelming adult audience. In this fun infused lecture Keith talks about the magic of trees. How trees communicate with each other, how they feel joy and pain, and how they have a sense of humor. And most of this happens underground. After this lecture a walk in the woods will never seem the same again.

The Sage of Tea - Lu Yu
In this lecture Keith talks about the Tea Saint, Lu Yu. What Elvis was to Rock and Roll, Lu Yu was to the popularity of tea in Chinese society. We'll look at his life and his work and why some 2,000 years later the Chinese still revere this colorful character.

China’s Greatest Admiral – The Story of Zheng He
In the 15th century, Admiral Zheng He, on the orders of the Emperor of China, embarked on a series of extraordinary voyages of exploration. These voyages were undertaken in fleets of up to 300 colossal ships, with tens of thousands of men. Join Keith as he takes you on a journey of discovery from the coasts of China all the way to East Africa and beyond.

Raiders of the Lost Ark – Is the Ark of The Covenant in Japan?
The most important object in the universe, but also a somewhat invisible presence in the bible, the Ark of the Covenant has fueled stories for millennia, whether as a weapon of mass destruction, an elaborate filing cabinet for sacred laws, or as the very location where god and man meet. But where is it? Join Keith as he delves into the mysteries surrounding the Ark, its creation, its importance and where it might possibly be.
