He was made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty the Queen in 2009 for services to engineering overseas.

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Steve has always had a love for adventure and a curiosity about the world. This drive led him to work in Asia, Europe, and the US, where he now resides in California.
