Reverend Roger Hoath

After a career in Education, Roger found his vocation to become a clergyman, resulting in fruitful ecumenical Ministries in Sutton, Kingston-upon-Thames and Central London. Roger, who is a Freeman of the City of London, has many varied media interests. As Roger has met and interviewed an extraordinary array of remarkable people, these encounters have become the basis of his witty and entertaining talks.

Richard has been lecturing aboard ships for most of his professional life. He has a Master of Arts degree from Oxford University, as well as a Diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies from Oxford and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from London University. He taught English and History for 10 years at Harrow School before becoming Chaplain and Head of Theology at Magdalen College School, Oxford. Richard lectures on Destinations and historical subjects and also specializes in Art and Architecture in European, Baltic, Mediterranean and North and South Atlantic ports and destinations.

John's long experience and lively style in public speaking enables him to captivate an audience with his engaging style and stimulating personality. The life-long hobby of stamp collecting began as a schoolboy when he tore off the stamps from the envelopes from his six penfriends scattered around the world. John started his career in the RAF. Since 1969 he has been a Minister as well as being a Managing Director of three commercial companies. Philately has enriched his experience in widespread travel around the world with his fascination of history, geography and architecture of peoples and countries.
