Pauline lives and works in South Wales, gaining inspiration for her paintings from the expressive Welsh Countryside. After studying for her B.A.(hons) in Fine Art at Cardiff University she continued to study, gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, focusing on Adult Education. Alongside teaching regular classes & workshops at The National Museum of Wales and taking students out on workshops at locations in South Wales, she has been running successful watercolour classes on board cruise ships since 2014. Her approach is to build up a foundation of solid watercolour techniques whilst introducing a variety of themes always related to each individual cruise.

He has a B.S. degree in geology and biology from UW-Oshkosh, a M.S. from the UM-Duluth and a PhD from Michigan State. His areas of expertise are volcanology, geochemistry and field geology. He was a founding member of the SNC geology department and has over 30 years of teaching experience. He has spent over 650 overnights on field trips with his students including; Galapagos, Costa Rica, Belize, Nicaragua, Antarctica, Hawaii, Canada, Alaska and many locals in the US, especially the Lake Superior Region.

He graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, with a BS in Electrical Engineering and went on to receive an MS in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Boston University. He first worked at Bell Labs in Holmdel, NJ and then spent the bulk of his career at Teradyne, Inc. in Boston, MA. Upon retiring he developed an ‘encore career’ as a university lecturer, returning to Northeastern University. He specialized in teaching freshman engineering courses. Ian has photographed an amazing list of movie stars, politicians, movie stars and major world events. He was the lead photographer at Princess Diana’s wedding and his photograph of “The Kiss” on the balcony at Buckingham Palace was syndicated worldwide.
