Alongside teaching regular classes & workshops at The National Museum of Wales and taking students out on workshops at locations in South Wales, she has been running successful watercolour classes on board cruise ships since 2014. He has a B.S. degree in geology and biology from UW-Oshkosh, a M.S. from the UM-Duluth and a PhD from Michigan State. His areas of expertise are volcanology, geochemistry and field geology. He was a founding member of the SNC geology department and has over 30 years of teaching experience. He graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, with a BS in Electrical Engineering and went on to receive an MS in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Boston University. He first worked at Bell Labs in Holmdel, NJ and then spent the bulk of his career at Teradyne, Inc. in Boston, MA. Upon retiring he developed an ‘encore career’ as a university lecturer, returning to Northeastern University. He specialized in teaching freshman engineering courses.
